The hotel resort is located in the middle of the nature park “Geschriebenstein”, in the village of Oberkohlstätten, and it has a wonderful view over the country.

It is located near the health spa Bad Tatzmannsdorf, Lutzmannsburg and Stegersbach. They are only a short driving distance from the hotel.

From here, it is a starting point for short and extended walking tours. Mountain biking-tours into the park are available. There is also the new walking-route “Alpannonia” that crosses this resort.
